You can upload your CV in one of two ways:
-Registering an account with us (top right of the page). This will also allow you to use our unique job basket to apply for jobs in seconds.
-In Addition via a message in the Contact Us section of our website.
You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking on the link at the bottom of a newsletter. You can also update your newsletter settings in the ‘Dashboard’ area of your account.
If you prefer you can send a message in the contact from in the Contact Us section of the website.
If your application was rejected it could be for one of many reasons. The most common reason will be that you do not have the requirements that the client is looking for. This does not automatically mean that you do not have the required level of experience or skills. Please contact us on 0203 633 2033 for more information.
There are two types of account that you can create with us:
-An account to use this website to apply for the Latest Jobs. or
-An account to join our locum team and use our automated booking system. For more information on this please click here.
To apply for our latest jobs, click the LOGIN/REGISTER button at the top right of the website. Here you will be able to create your account, update your profile, requirements and upload your CV. Once created, you can add jobs that you are interested to your basket and apply in seconds.
Click the LOGIN/REGISTER button at the top right of the website. Then click the ‘Forgot Password?’ link.
A new page will open asking you to enter the email address that you registered your account with.
A password reset email will be sent to you. Please follow the link in this email to rest your password.
Please ensure that you are uploading your CV in the correct format. We currently only support Word documents and PDFs. (.doc, .docx, .pdf)
Log into your account and update your personal information in the ‘Manage Profile’ section.
You can change your alerts and notifications in the ‘Account Dashboard’ area.
Currently you can update alerts for jobs by sector, keywords, locations and job type.
You can configure notifications by email when new jobs are posted that suit your requirements.
Your application may be stuck on pending if it has not yet been reviewed by one of our consultants.
We receive a high volume of job applications. It normally takes our consultants up to 48 hours to contact you or update the status of your application. If your application hasn’t updated or you haven’t been contacted within this timeframe, there may be a broken link. Please contact us on 0203 633 2033 and of our team would be glad to help.
Once you receive a message that your application is ‘Approved’, it means that you have the necessary experience and / or skills required by our client for the position.
Subsequently one of our consultants will contact you to discuss the position further. At this stage you will be advised of the next steps in the application process.
